All of our overhauled pumps are rebuilt by an FAA approved repair station. There is a warranty of 400 hours or one year in service (same as factory new). All overhauled pumps come with all new carbon parts and yellow tagged-return to service. A core deposit is required - Exchange for like type core. If no core is available and/or acceptable then there will be a $100 core charge for 200 series and a $200 core charge for the 400 series pumps. No core is required on Factory New Pumps.

Rapco New Pumps feature: Cooling Fins - to provide more surface area to cool the pump and add life; Advanced Coating – to reduce vane wear and provide optimum vacuum; Inlet Side Bevels – to allow small particles to pass without destroying the pump; and an Inlet Screen – to prevent large particles from entering and damaging the carbon.
