PSA Enterprises Customer Return and Warranty Policies

Returns

  • Return of any part requires a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) and/or Form and a copy of the PSA Enterprises Sales Invoice.
  • Submitting a RMA request does not automatically constitute authorization.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify application eligibility prior to starting the install. PSA Enterprises is not responsible for parts installed incorrectly. It is the duty of the purchaser/installer to verify eligibility prior to install.
  • The following parts will not be considered for return: - Non-forecasted parts - Electrical components - Parts installed on aircraft - Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods - Specially ordered parts – Shelf-life items - Excess & Obsolete parts - Parts not in original packaging and/or with no traceability.
  • All discrepancies or damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt and original packaging must be retained.
  • All returns must be returned within 15 calendar days from date of invoice. At our sole discretion after 15 days, we may offer an exchange or house credit only.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee plus any/all credit card fees. Additional recertification fees may apply.
  • Parts must be returned in new, resalable and uninstalled condition without showing signs of wear or damage in any way; in their original packaging, with no markings or additional labels and with complete original documentation and all components provided. Parts that were originally shipped with 8130 documentation will need the same documentation sent along with the return. If the 8130 is missing, the part will be returned and will not be processed.
  • Returns must be shipped prepaid freight and in undamaged condition. Customer assumes risk of loss while in transit; it is highly recommended that returns be insured.
  • Please ship your return with the RMA# clearly marked on the shipping box, not the product box, prepaid and insured to the address located on your return paperwork.
  • Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and fees where applicable.
  • Returns are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by PSA Enterprises.
  • Items returned without a RMA # will not be processed for refunded.

Warranty Parts

  • LED lamps and LED units are warranted to be free from Manufacturing Defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Authorized warranty returns must be accompanied by the original bill of sale showing the date and place of purchase and a warranty form.  Returns will be analyzed to best determine the cause of any failure and credit and/or repair can be issued in accordance with our findings. Please contact us to receive a RMA # prior to returning. Items returned without a RMA # will not be processed.
    • Any part being returned for warranty consideration must be accompanied by a(n):
    • PSA Enterprises RMA# and or RMA Form
    • Any applicable manufacturer return form
    • Copy of the PSA Enterprises Sales Invoice.
  • All Warranty returns must be shipped prepaid freight. Customer assumes risk of loss while in transit; it is highly recommended that returns be insured. So please ship your return with the RMA# clearly marked on the shipping box, not the product box, prepaid and insured to the address located on your return paperwork.
  • All warranty returns must include documentation clearly exhibiting the exact flight time recorded and the period of time the item was in use.

PSA Enterprises’ obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the purchased product only, and under no circumstances shall PSA Enterprises be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost of repair or consequential damages of any kind in connection with the sale, use, or repair of any product purchased from PSA Enterprises.

Any part returned without prior authorization will not be processed and returns not meeting the above requirements will not be processed.
